Holding 100% ownership, Taiwan′s Ta Sheh Heng Yi Co., Ltd is the parent company of Sheng Zou Group. Originally working with Taikyo from Japan providing technical support. Utilized Industry 4.0 and surveillance systems from the American and European markets.

At this time, Sheng Zou Group has four factories at this time. Three are located in China, at Anhui, Suzhou, and Kunshan, as well as manufacturing and R&D facilities in Hsinchu, Taiwan. All sites have a capacity size of more than 200, 000 square meters, running 200 sets with 500 employees. In 2013, Sheng Zhou′s Anhui factory started mass production, and became the Group′s first fully automated manufacturing facility.

Sheng Zou Group provides rubber stoppers used in medical packaging. Current market demands include: Syringe caps, oral liquid medicine, bio-pharmaceutical medicines, and cancer medications.
